I have been working with Willow London Living (in Forest Hill) as a Landlord for several years now. I love the way that they operate and I never have to worry about delayed or missed payments. They are very approachable and professional. Their Guaranteed Rent Scheme is a dream for any Multi-Landlord who, like me, haven't got the time to chase payments and worry about voids/evictions, referencing, etc. They pay on time, every time and do not have any hidden fees or commission and they do not even charge management fees.
I will be working with this company for a long time to come yet and I cannot recommend them enough. Anyone who is not using Willow London Living as their Management company is really missing out!!

Thanks to all the staff, as they were very helpful and friendly, they were always in contact to update us on the progress, really appreciate their service and therefore rated them 5 stars. No hidden charges, they only charged what they stated. Really recommend them, to those looking for a property.
